Groups

There is no better way to connect with those who call Carson Valley Bible Church their church home.  If you're interested, groups are location based throughout the Carson valley.  Let us know if you'd like to visit one and we'll help you find your way!

Community Groups

We have several Community Groups during the week.  These Groups are co-ed, and typically meet in homes of members of CVBC.  Groups usually share a meal together and discuss the prior week's sermon and the impact it has - both in their personal walk with Christ, and in the life of the church.

Bible Studies

Bibles Studies are small classes Men, Women, or Co-Ed that are committed to walking through books of the Bible or principles of theology and Christian life. These classes are sometimes video based through Ligonier Ministries.

Foundation
Classes

A classroom approach for those desiring to grow in their knowledge of Scripture, Doctrine, and Spiritual Disciplines.

Discipleship Groups

A smaller closed group committed to reading through the Bible together.

This Community Group meets at 6:00pm in the Foothill and Waterloo Road area.  This group meets every other week.
Women's- Philippians- Ligonier Study
Every other Friday at 9am (Church Study Room)
Led by Sharon Douglas


Foundation Classes

thursday 6:00pm-7:30pm-Wartgow

This Community Group meets at 6:00pm in the Westwood area (Behind the Highschool).  This group meets every other week.

thursday 6:00pm-7:30pm-Hammerling

This Community Group meets at 6:00pm in the Winhaven area (Behind the Church locationl).  This group meets every week.
